Is this for brand-new owners?
Yes, if you've done at least five paid events. If you haven't booked one yet, start with the podcast and the newsletter — they're free.
How long is the commitment?
Inner Circle is monthly, cancel anytime. The Scale Package is quarterly because three months is the shortest timeframe we see real pricing and ops changes take hold.
Do you work with teams outside the US?
Yes — we've coached operators in Canada, the UK, and Australia. Calls are recorded so timezone isn't a dealbreaker.
What's the application about?
We ask about your current revenue, number of booths, and what you're trying to change. It's how we make sure the program is a fit both ways before you spend a dollar.
